Registration

  • Attorneys who are not members of GACDL may pay this rate. Includes CLE for the state of Georgia only.
  • FULL time public defenders employed by the state, county or federal government in a circuit where every attorney is a member of GACDL may pay this rate. The office will verify circuit membership. This rate includes CLE.
  • FULL time public defenders employed by the state, county or federal government in an office/circuit where every PD is a member of GACDL may pay this rate. Office will verify circuit membership. This rate does NOT include CLE.
  • Associate, Contributing, New Attorney, Public Defender, Regular, Substantial, and Life members (after 2005) may choose this option. This includes CLE.
  • Associate, Contributing, Regular, Public Defender, Substantial and Life members (who became Life members after 2005) may choose this option. This price does not include CLE.
  • Life members (prior to 2005) choose this option. This does not include CLE. If you want CLE, please register using this option, call or e-mail the GACDL office to let us know you need CLE. Mail your check for $70 or bring it to the seminar.
  • Sustaining members choose this option. This does not include CLE. If you want CLE, please register using this option, then call or e-mail the GACDL office to let us know that you need CLE. Mail your check for $70 or bring it to the seminar.
If you register, and do not complete the payment process, and do not show up at the seminar, you will be billed. No CLE will be authorized without registration, proper payment, and seminar check-in. 10 CLE hours (applied for) if you pay the CLE rate. 9 trial practice/regular hours. 1 ethics hour. NO cancellations after February 21, 2014. The GACDL office is closed the day before the seminars. Materials will be emailed to paid registrants on March 4th after 5 PM. Pre-registration for this event is now closed. Walk-ins will be welcomed in Atlanta. The GACDL office is closed for seminar set up on Wednesday May 5, 2014.

If you registered, and did not complete the payment process, you may pay at the event. If you do not show up at the seminar, you will be billed.
