Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations after September 6, 2024 will result in a fee of $350
  • Anyone who registers and fails to attend, will be charged a fee of $350
  • Future registrations for GACDL seminars will not be allowed until any such Cancellation or No-Show Fee is paid. 
  • In the event of a medically necessitated cancellation or no-show, please call the GACDL office.
  • File a timely Leave of Absence - the necessary Cancellation or No-Show Fee will be assessed for an absence due to a court appearance, if a proper Leave of Absence was not filed.
  • In the unfortunate event you register and learn after September 6 that you cannot attend, we welcome a substitute attendee in your place. Otherwise, the Cancellation Fee will apply.

  • A link to the seminar materials stored in Dropbox will be emailed to registered attendees by 5p.m. on Wednesday October 9.  Please check your spam/junk mail folder as well as your inbox for this email.

  • Be sure the email address confirmed in your registration is correct. GACDL members can check their email address here.

Please take any precautions you would like (e.g., mask) given that:  

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is NOT REQUIRED; 

  • GACDL reserves the right to request proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test should the incidence of COVID-19 at the time of the seminar warrant it; 

  • GACDL will not provide on-site COVID-19 testing for attendees; and 

  • GACDL reserves the right to provide for and require testing of speakers and staff.
