  Associate, Contributing, Public Defender, Regular, Substantial and Life members (who became Life members after 2005) may choose this option. This price does NOT include CLE.
• Associate, Contributing,New Attorney, Public Defender, Regular, Substantial, and Life Members (after 2005), CLE – $350.00
  Associate, Contributing, Public Defender, Regular, Substantial and Life members (who became Life members after 2005) may choose this option. This price includes CLE.
• Life member (prior to 2005)- Paying for CLE Online or By Mail – $70.00
  Life members (prior to 2005) may choose this option. This includes CLE if you plan on paying for CLE by mailing a check or paying online. CLE is $70. The website will not allow emails to be sent to you if there is an open payment. We gladly accept payment at the seminar, but want to ensure that you receive the materials prior to the seminar. If you plan on paying at the seminar, please select the other life member option.

  Full-time public defenders employed by the state, county, or federal government who are members of GACDL may pay this rate IF every attorney in your circuit/office is a GACDL member. If you are a member, but everyone in your office is not a GACDL member, please pay the regular member rate. This price includes CLE.
• Public Defender- Special, No CLE. – $196.00
  Full-time public defenders employed by the state, county, or federal government who are members of GACDL may pay this rate IF every attorney in your circuit/office is a GACDL member. • Sustaining member- No CLE or Paying for CLE at the Seminar
  Sustaining members may choose this option. This either does not include CLE, or should be selected if you plan on paying for CLE at the seminar. CLE is $70.
